A first look at Thasos

Thasos, sometimes spelled Thassos (Greek: Θάσος), is a Greek Island tourist destination in the North Aegean Islands group, close to Kavala. Thassos is a green island with many picturesque bays and great sandy beaches, high forested mountains and interesting archaeological sites. It also offers plenty of beach nightlife.
