A few clear answers before you plan.
TripBox is a staging travel-planning site. The honest answer is sometimes “not set up yet.”

Is a TripBox shipped to me?
No. TripBox is designed as a digital planning experience, not a physical shipment. Digital delivery is still staging work and is not live yet.
Does TripBox make bookings?
No. You decide whether and where to book. Any supplier booking, price, availability, cancellation term, accessibility detail, and dietary/allergen question must be checked directly with that supplier.
Can I purchase a membership today?
Not yet. Displayed plans may be visible during staging, but membership purchase and delivery are blocked until the owner completes payment, entitlement, and delivery setup.
What is the Trip Pass shown in staging?
It is a proposed one-time product path used for implementation planning. It does not provide live delivery while staging blockers remain.
Where can I get support?
A customer support channel is not configured yet. Rather than pretending a message was sent, the feedback template below downloads locally to your device.
Are the travel details current?
The New Orleans sample, wellness profiles, travel news and preparation tips name their sources and checked dates. They do not verify live venue hours, prices, booking availability, access, allergens or destination entry rules for your trip. Other US city links remain candidate sources, not validated guides.
