A first look at Panchgani

Panchgani along with Mahabaleshwar are two twin hill stations in the Satara district, Maharashtra. Panchgani derives its name from the five hills around it. It is known for its spectacular landscape complete with towering cliffs, lakes and meandering rivers and numerous waterfalls (only during monsoon). Strawberry is grown in abundance across the Panchagani region.
