Nanoor is a small town in the central region of West Bengal. It is the birthplace of 14th century lyric poet Chandidas of Vaishnava Padavali fame. This could be a place to visit if one has the interest of Vaishnava Padavali literature and keen interest in the great life of Chandidas. One hour could be enough to get around the major places to see.
