At the checked date Disney's official page said Typhoon Lagoon was temporarily closed and its calendar marked refurbishment. Disney says water parks may have seasonal, rehabilitation, capacity and weather closures, and schedules can change; check the current park calendar and weather shortly before visiting. Swim diapers/plastic pants are required for diaper-age children in pool areas; water shoes are recommended. Complimentary life jackets are available, including children's sizes. The Surf Pool produces powerful waves; supervise children continuously and assess their swimming ability and the conditions rather than assuming any facility or life jacket guarantees safety.
