Contact information notice
TripBox Club is operated by ICEFC.LLC. This notice explains the support form, not every account, commerce or hosting data flow.
Your support inquiry
The form sends your optional name, reply email, chosen topic, message and selected site language to admin@icefc.llc through Porkbun’s encrypted outgoing email service. We use this information to handle your inquiry. Do not provide card numbers, passports, children’s identities or medical records. A message does not reserve travel or subscribe you to marketing.
Website records and mailbox records
The website stores a random inquiry reference, keyed request and email rate-limit fingerprints, timestamps and delivery status. It does not store the submitted name, raw email address or message body in the contact tables. Fingerprints are used for abuse prevention and duplicate detection, not advertising.
Inquiry metadata older than eight days and expired capacity buckets are removed by daily maintenance and during subsequent form submissions. An outage may delay cleanup. Support messages remain in the business mailbox under its actual retention and deletion practices; no automatic mailbox deletion period is promised. Hosting and email providers can have separate technical logs, backups and retention.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated submissions. Your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes technical browser and network information for verification. We send the verification token to Cloudflare for validation, not your message or reply email. You can email us directly instead.
Contact and choices
You can email admin@icefc.llc directly instead of using the form. For privacy requests about a support message, contact that address with proportionate reference information. We may need to verify a request to protect your information. This notice does not claim a completed self-service account deletion process or universal legal compliance.

SMTP acceptance means the email server accepted a message for delivery. It does not prove inbox receipt, a human response or a booking confirmation.
