Adventure and Spirit's Aling Gorge is an intermediate, full-day canyoning descent in Sambangan, North Bali. The route combines swimming, jumps, slides, scrambling and waterfall rappels through a deep gorge with volcanic walls and a section known as the Bat Cave. The operator describes a 4–5-hour descent, a 40-metre rappel at Aling Aling waterfall and a highest optional jump of 14 metres. It says the canyon is practicable only during a limited part of the year, depending on water levels.
