Source checked 2026-10-11 · Offering found on source page
Madison Mountaineering describes its standard Ecuador Volcanoes program as a 12-day guided expedition based around Quito, climbing Cotopaxi (5,897 m) and Chimborazo (6,263 m). The itinerary includes acclimatization hikes and climbs on Pasochoa, Corazon and Iliniza Norte, technical skills review, lodge stays, and hut or tent-camp nights on the principal peaks. The operator lists scheduled 2026–2027 departures and says the region's peaks are heavily glaciated. The page also distinguishes separate 9-day Chimborazo and 16-day three-peak alternatives.
